Business listings are managed via secure Firebase Authentication credentials. You are responsible for preserving account access.
SaaS Availability
We leverage highly resilient Google Cloud Run containers and Firestore clusters to maintain stable SLAs.
Responsible AI
AI receptionist groundings utilize official partner-supplied data. Mock setups are prohibited.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or interacting with the automated booking features of Fastek, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the platform.
Partner Registration & Security
When launching a business profile on the Fastek Directory, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and true details regarding your working hours, contact info, and pricing structure.
- Keep your authentication credentials and account access secrets confidential. All activities logged under your business dashboard are your sole legal responsibility.
- Promptly notify administrative support if you suspect unauthorized entry or an active security breach.
SaaS System & Gemini AI Integration
Our service provides advanced directory features and AI-backed customer reception. To preserve platform integrity:
- The Gemini API client runs strictly server-side. Scraping, reverse-engineering, or tampering with the AI query endpoints is strictly prohibited.
- You must not supply fake, misleading, or deceptive facts in your business description context files, as this degrades model grounding and misleads customers.
- We reserve the right to suspend or disable listings displaying signs of automated spam, fraudulent booking submissions, or malicious behavior.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Fastek and its automated features (booking validations, directory views, and client message relays) are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising from server downtime, incorrect AI-generated replies, database sync delays, or lost local browser cache.
Modifications to Agreement
We reserve the right to edit, modify, or replace these terms at our absolute discretion. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes complete acceptance of the revised agreement.
